Our service begins with a free, no-obligation survey during which we’ll discuss your heating needs. We will then accurately measure the cubic capacity of each room plus assess the current level of insulation. With this information, we will then be able to calculate the correct heating output on a room-by-room basis.

Depending on demand for installations at certain times of the year, your new heating system will usually be installed within four weeks of order placement at a time which suits you. A full removal and disposal service is available for your old heating system to ensure your experience is hassle-free. There is no disruption to any existing décor and we fit very carefully to ensure absolutely no mess is left leaving you to enjoy your new heating system for decades to come. We’re also available at any time after your installation if you have any questions about your new system or controls.

A report is produced quarterly by the CPA in order to assist the member in maintaining and, where possible, improving standards of quality and service.
